Denise Kitzerow is
promoted to Controller. In this capacity, she will supervise the financial affairs and
reporting for the Company. Denise joined Lakeside is 1990 as Accounting Manager for the
Oceana Division. She was promoted to Cost Accounting Manager is 1992 and Accounting
Manager in 1996, the position she held prior to her new position. Denise received a B.S.
in Finance and Managerial Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. She is
a member of the the Institute of Managerial Accountants and is active in her church,
Sacred Heart in Manitowoc. Denise, her husband Mark, sons Caleb and Alexander and
daughter, Chloe, live in Manitowoc.
Carla Isselmann is promoted to Cost Accounting Supervisor. Her
responsibilities include overseeing the cost accounting affairs of the Company. Carla
joined Lakeside as a part-time Accounts Payable Associate in 1990. She was hired as a
full-time Accounts Payable Associate in 1995, promoted to Cost Accounting Associate in
1997, and Cost Accountant in 1998, the position she held prior to her most recent
promotion. Carla is a graduate of Silver Lake College with a B.S. in Management and
Accounting. She and her husband, Eric, and children Courtney and Ethan, live in Valders.
Wendy LeVene is promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor. She is
responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable Department to
ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices. In addition, she is responsible for
certain accounting projects including fixed assets, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Wendy joined Lakeside in 2002 as an Accounting Associate, the position she held prior to
her promotion. Before joining Lakeside, she served as Office Manager for Backus Electric.
She earned a B.S. in Accounting from Silver Lake College. Wendy, her husband David, and
sons Zachary and Matthew, live in Manitowoc.
Patricia Delsman is promoted to Accounting Supervisor. Her new
responsibilities involve financial reporting of the corporation. They also include certain
accounting functions such as fixed assets and income taxes. Patti joined Lakeside in 1998
as an Accountant, the position she held prior to her promotion. Previous to joining
Lakeside, she worked in financial positions at Cher-Make and Two Rivers Hospital. Patti
received her B.S. in Accounting and Management from Silver Lake College. She is on the
Board and serves as Treasurer of the Branch Area Recreational Association. Patti, her
husband John, and daughter Kari, live in Manitowoc.
