Eliseo Garcia has been promoted to Human Resource Manager at Lakeside Foods' Plainview, MN
location. In this capacity, he will be responsible for all plant human resource functions,
including employment, safety, affirmative action, communications, benefits, personnel
records, and employee relations and activities.Eliseo joined Lakeside in 2001 as
Assistant Manager, Human Resources, the position he held prior to his promotion. Before
his Lakeside employment, he was an Employee Relations Counselor at Plantation Foods in
Waco, TX.
Eliseo received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Minnesota Bible College in Rochester,
MN with a major in Biblical Studies and Theology and minors in Counseling and Music.
Eliseo, his wife, Jessica, and children, Nicholas and Abby Joy, live in Rochester. |
