Dave Greenwood promoted to Director, Human Resources

Manitowoc, WI  August 2, 2005 --

Dave Greenwood has been promoted to Director, Human Resources at Lakeside Foods' Corporate Office. In this capacity, he will be responsible for benefits, HRIS, EEOC and affirmative action, retirement planning programs, Lakeside's human resource review process, and Peak Foods human resource activities. In addition, he will provide leadership in employment, employee communications, wage & salary administration, Lakeside's comprehensive health promotion program Healthy Lives and Wallets and, in general, on all Human Resource matters. He also serves as secretary to Lakeside's Wage & Salary and Retirement Plans committees.

Dave joined Lakeside in 1987 as Human Resources and Safety Superintendent at the Manitowoc Plant. He was promoted to the Corporate Office as Human Resources Administrator in 1990 and Human Resources Manager in 1996, the position he held prior to his promotion.

Dave received his BS degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and Master of Science in Management and Organization Behavior from Silver Lake College.

He is chair of Manitowoc County's W2 Program, a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Lakeshore Human Resource Association, and a member of the Manitowoc County Job Center Advisory Board.

Dave, his wife Lori, and daughters Kellie and Makenzie reside in Two Rivers.
