Manitowoc, WI August 9, 2005 --
Karen Zarembka has been named Manager of Corporate Quality Assurance at Lakeside Foods'
Corporate Office. In this capacity, she will be responsible for coordinating the quality
evaluation activities related to Lakeside production, purchased products, and competitive
products. She will also coordinate customer label review, sales sample activities,
customer product approvals, and customer complaint resolution.Karen joined Lakeside in
2001 as Quality Manager at the Manitowoc Distribution Center, the position she held prior
to her promotion. Before joining Lakeside, Karen was employed by Packerland Packing
Company, Holsum Foods, and Jones Dairy Farm in various technical and managerial quality
positions.
Karen earned a BS in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. She and
her husband, Jim, live in Green Bay. |
