General Manager, Packaging & Distribution Center- Manitowoc, WI

Lakeside Foods, Inc., a privately held company with 1000 employees and fourteen facilities throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Ohio, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our winning team and continue in the successes that have been enjoyed over the past 100 years.

This team-orientated Company, a leader in the vegetable processing industry and located just off Hwy I-43 in Manitowoc, WI., is currently seeking a General Manager to over-see full operations at one of our major packaging and distribution centers. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this position will be responsible for all operational systems in the canned labeling and frozen packaging operations including frozen product processing, canned labeling, canned and frozen warehousing, quality assurance, safety, human resources and the shipping of quality finished products. This position enjoys the direct support staff of six managers along with 175 associate members.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, preferable in the food processing industry, and a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field. A very attractive compensation package, along with a competitive relocation policy, is available to the selected candidate.
