Lakeside Receives Category Colonel Award

Lakeside Foods has been awarded the prestigious Category Colonel Award in the Frozen Vegetables category from PL Buyer magazine. It is the third consecutive year and fourth in the last five years Lakeside's frozen foods have received this award.

Category Colonel Awards are based on responses from retailers who vote for the best organizations in a number of food categories. The responses for this year's Category Colonel Awards hit an all-time high, with voting from organizations across all retailing channels. All balloting information is 100% confidential.

Retailers voted for Lakeside based on its commitment to private label, it's knowledge of the retailers' business models, and its ability to help retailers drive their store brand volume, profits and competitive differentiation.
