Peak Foods is a joint venture of Lakeside Foods of Manitowoc, WI and Interstate Food Processing Corp. of Boise, Idaho. Established in the fall of 1999, the Peak Plant in Troy, Ohio began shipping product to private label retailers, wholesalers, and food service distributors in the spring of 2000. Peak Foods has grown to be a significant supplier of private label whipped topping products throughout the United States.

Peak Foods offers regular, lite, fat-free, extra creamy, french vanilla, and strawberry varieties of frozen non-dairy whipped topping. The product is packed in 8 oz, 12 oz, and 16 oz tubs, and can have lid inserts or printed lids. We also pack a variety of foodservice items, including pastry bags, liquid emulsion, and the standard tubs.
